Book three in the Starlight Vikings series is my favorite so far. Don’t miss it! Laurel is a journalist sent to investigate the disappearance of women who have signed up with Hot Tatties Dating Agency. She signs up to gather evidence against the agency. When she gets the call that she has been matched she figures she will get in, get the evidence and get out. She doesn’t realize that she is going into space to meet her alien. Suddenly things are a lot more complicated! Rune is happy when he hears he has been matched. But he doesn’t want any information about her until he meets her for fear it will start the fy’st. But when she breaks her ankle and must be transported immediately to the ship for medical treatment, he can’t stay away, setting off the fy’st. At first Laurel is in denial that there are aliens, even though she is looking at them. But eventually she processes everything and even though she is drawn to Rune when she gets the chance she runs back to earth to break the story. As soon as she gets back she starts having doubts. More berserkrs. I am enjoying this space alien Viking berserkr series. This is the second one I’ve read. Laurel is a reporter looking for her big scoop. Rune needs her as a mate, not so much as a reporter. 4.5

This is Book 3 of Starlight Vikings the story of Investigative journalist Laurel and Alien warrior Rune. I will say that is one way to have everything falls apart and find out about Aliens. I loved how these two find each other and how over protective Rune is over Laurel. I did not like how Laurel hurts Rune and how everything gets worse until the end. Rune is a berserker and acting captain while Njal is taking care of a breeding Steff. Laurel is an investigative journalist researching a story of missing women associated with Hot Tatties. She creates a fake persona and answers the questions on the questionnaire making the answers more ridiculous than the last. Surprisingly she is matched to Rune and when she is boarding the transporter everything goes wrong so she has to meet Rune and the Vikingr early. She gets the scoop but will anybody believe her back on Earth? What will happen to Rune when she suddenly leaves?

Set on Earth and on the spaceship Valkyr, this steamy but funny romance features hunky alien Vikings who use the Scotland-based Dating Agency called “Hot Tatties”. This story features muscled alien Vikingar named Rune and his curvy human mate Laurel. Women have randomly gone missing in Scotland which intrigues investigative journalist Laurel. Deciding that it must be caused by some type of human trafficking ring, she goes “undercover” to Tatties. Little does she know she’s been matched to Rune, a Vikingar warrior who is a Beserkr known for massive strength during a fight. The issue arises when he starts to go into “mating fever” or as they call it - fyst. Apparently, mating fever turns rational Vikingar into hormone-driven males with no self control either physically or mentally. They become crazy turned on, and with a Beserkr, let’s just say he has the potential to explode. There are misunderstandings due to Laurel chasing that headline, that nearly kills Rune. However, there is a HEA, so don’t worry. This is a nice, at times spicy, novella providing an enjoyable afternoon romantic escape. She resists the pull to Rune for the longest time-almost too late. But there is a HEA with this hot Vikingr and his soul mate!. This is the third 📖 book of this series.Downloaded Tuesday morning 7am done 11 am. I already looking for more in this series. The events move fast once the two parties meet………don’t blink you will miss the mating. Encourage all to check out the book. Can be read as stand a lone but much better from the start.
