    I haven’t read any other books in the series but this book packed a lot of action into a quick, enjoyable read. An alien Viking-like hero abducts an Earth woman and action moves forward from there! The characters are well drawn and motivated; the dialogue is realistic. If you like alien abduction/fated mate stories where no one is harmed, this story is for you! I received an ARC with no obligation and this is my honest review.

    Good chemistry between the main characters, and a new group of hot aliens to drool over, who wouldn’t enjoy it? I’m glad there are follow up stories for some of the other characters too. I’m looking forward to the next one!

    What do you do when you are one of the last of your race, abduct a female of course. Njal went the correct routes and when that didn’t work he went back to his roots. Steff knew about aliens but never thought she would be abducted by one. If I was Steff I would have went for folding laundry instead. I’m not sure if that IGU can be trusted cause something don’t feel right but could be wrong. This was a great book and looking forward to rest of the series.     This story gives you both sides of the in counter’s between the main characters in such an unique view. For someone like me who absorbs this genre almost 😅 exclusively it is more than worth the read. I am looking forward to the next 📚. I know this doesn’t give much insight to the story……. But you will understand once you read the book.

    This book grab me from the very first page. It’s Njal and Steffs story. He Abducts her just to figure out if humans are compatible breeding partners, he’ll be waiting for his actual mate. He’s confused by the feelings he’s having until Steff is taken back to safety. He then has uncontrollable desires for her and realizes she’s his true mate. There’s plenty of action suspense drama twist kidnappings possessive alpha male steam romance and love. It was a fun sci-fi romance that I enjoyed reading and I can’t wait to read more.     Captain Njal and several of other spaceships of his people were off planet when their planet was destroyed and everybody on the planet perish. So after a period of grieving they need mates but he goes about it in the wrong way and kidnaps an earthling named Steff who has ties to Hot Tatties the dating agency that matches aliens with earthlings. Steff is quick witted and full of sass giving Njal a run for his money everything he wants in a mate. Too bad, Steff, a random woman plucked from Earth couldn’t be his mate, could she be?

They roam space raiding other ships just to take out their rage of their lost. But the come to earth, which is protected by the IGU. They seek help but are denied. But they take action in their own hands, why can’t they get the help they desparately seek, they are a dying race. Just like the other alien species there. So, Captain decides to kidnap an earth woman Steff just to get answers then return her. But she is not the meek being they think earth beings are. She is quick witted with sass. Everything is seems in a mate. But what Steff and Capt. Njai don’t realize is that they are true mates. Once separated his mating instincts kick in and he only person to claim him is his mate.
