E.A.B. appeals the disposition order that adjudicates him delinquent for trespass in a conveyance and obstructing or opposing an officer without violence. He argues that the trial court erred in denying his motion for judgment of dismissal *fn1 because the State did not establish a prima facie case of the charges against him. We agree and reverse.
