Thomas and Paula Yardley appeal from the trial courts non-final order granting a temporary injunction in favor of Ina Albu, Kenneth Albu and Mr. Holt. The Yardleys contend that the order fails to comply with the requirements of rule 1.610, Florida Rules of Civil Procedure, and fails to preserve the status quo. We agree and reverse.
