    I received a complimentary copy of this book from Booksprout. When I started to read this, I remembered that I had already purchased this and read it several years earlier. I decided it had been a LONG time ago and it was due to be re-read!!! I totally love this book; the first time and this time. The characters were great and realistic. The plot was well written. It was also written in my favorite dual POV format! While this is a part of a series, you could read it as a stand-alone but the other books are fantastic as well. I highly recommend this book and the series. There are some slightly sexy scenes but nothing too hot! Sophia is the baby of the family and runs the family's Italian restaurant. Almost a decade ago while celebrating her leaving college before she graduates, she meets Riley a young Marine. It is a whirl-wind romance. They marry quickly before Riley's leave is up and has to return to North Carolina. Sophia is young is due to some outside events, realizes that she isn't cut out to be a Marine's wife. She returns home to Starlight Hill, California. Riley leaves the military and takes a job as Chief of Police in Sophia's home-town. There isn't much that happens in the small town versus a larger one but it brings him closer to Sophia. Riley is an alpha protector that would do whatever he can to protect those that he loves. I now need to go back and re-read the other books as they were wonderful as well.

    Really enjoyed this second chance with heartwarming and emotional turns, was a great adventure filled with witty and engaging charters, heart racing twist and undeniable passion. An edge of your seat and thrilling journey from beginning to end, great reading.

    Forever With You is an heartfelt romantic second chance love story. I love how Heathery Bell draws you into the story with intense chemistry between the characters dealing with fake divorce, meddling relatives and friends. Sophia and Riley were young when they married a month after meeting before Riley was deployed and then separated.There is so much love between Sophia and Riley but Sophia hates Riley! It is easy to love Sophia and Riley’s and even easier to root for their love story. This is a wonderful emotional love story that I could not put down reading and I highly recommend reading this book!     Wow, great storyline in the series! Sophia is ready to get back into the dating game. She’s finally going to meet the man she’s been corresponding with in person. Riley has come back to town to be the new police chief. When he shows up at the restaurant the night of Sophia’s date, that doesn’t show. Why has Riley come back now?     Sophia had married Riley after a short time together. Riley is a Marine and now she is a wife of Marine. She don’t know how to be one as he deported allot of the time. While he is deported her friends husband who is in the Army was killed and she watch her friend go through it and can do it herself. Sophia goes back home and everyone thinks she is divorce. Riley takes a job as Chief of police and moves right next door to her. He keeps working on her as they will not said the divorce word and they still love each other.     I love a romance with a great happy ending. This book about Sophia and Riley’s journey to their happy ending left me a little disappointed. I found it difficult to like Sophia. She is selfish, disillusioned and expects too much from Riley. Riley is a man of few words, strong convictions and a love for Sophia that he has difficulty expressing. Sophia has little patience. Sure, she is a trooper in the beginning but, she falls apart when things don’t go her way. Sophia is an “all or nothing, black and white” kind of woman. Compromising doesn’t seem to be something she even considers. The storyline of a second chance with your spouse is entertaining. Riley has a plan and he hopes that the time apart from Sophia will have smoothed out the bumps in their marriage. However, Sophia still looks at life from only her perspective and it is a very lonely one unless, she opens her eyes and sees the man that Riley is and that his heart is hers...forever.
