Book Synopsis

Our marriage is not some fairy tale.
And my new wife?
She’s not exactly a fan of the crown jewels.

I’m a prince and heir to the throne of Salasia. I’m the most eligible bachelor in Europe.

You’d think any woman would be ecstatic to marry me.

Except for the one woman who I must marry to save my throne. She’d rather give me a poison apple than true love’s kiss.

Now the pair of us must convince the world that our marriage isn’t just a convenient arrangement.

As for me?

I’ll prove to this stubborn princess that happily ever after isn’t just for fairy tales.

The Princess I Hate to Love is the conclusion to The Heir Affair Duet, beginning with book one, The Prince I Love to Hate.

Great ending to the cliffhanger in the last book! After the previous book, where we find that Nimah is actually royalty, rather than Oliver, and they make an agreement to get married in order for him to continue his path in life, I was interested to see what would happen with this couple. Nimah is essentially American, having been raised there almost her whole life, and between the shock of becoming a princess as well as her background, the people of her new country aren’t the fondest of her, and we see her work really hard to win over the hearts of the people. On the other end of things, Oliver is working through his feelings towards Nimah as well as learning how to be in a relationship and not focus on the duties he had/has that go with his title. I also love how Oliver and Nimah’s brother forge a friendship against anyone who wants to hurt Nimah – namely her father, and I also love how much she grows into herself and her personality here. I loved their HEA and that we got to see what happened to them years later after they finally admit and act on the feelings, they had for each other. I can’t wait to see what comes next from this author! I voluntarily read and reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.

Wow! This is book is fun to read and a wonderful conclusion to the Heir Affair. You will laugh at all the antics that Niamh gets into at the palace to become the unique princess. I loved how Olivier in his ways he shows Niamh he loves her. This book is a hilarious romantic comedy and one not to miss reading. I highly recommend reading this book!
