Book Synopsis

There are some guys you just can't forget.

There are some girls that catch your eye.

There are some guys you just can't say no to.

Cody Brookstone. He's my best friend's brother. I've known him for years. Fancied him for what seems like forever. And of course, he's never noticed me. I've always been his sister Mila's annoying friend, but I'm about to change that. Mila came up with a plan for me to snag him. I'm going to make him mine. One way or another. The plan is fail proof. Well, not really. There are plenty of things that can go wrong. Plenty of ways that my own heart will get broken. But what's the path to true love without some risk?

There are some girls you can't get out of your mind.

There are some guys that can break your heart.

There are some girls that make you rethink everything.

Sally Johnson. My sisters best friend. Sweet, funny, always there. She's got one of those smiles that makes you happy and a body that goes on for days, if you know what I mean. She's crept into my life making me feel things I don't understand. I can't give her what she wants. Even if I love giving her what she needs. Or rather what I need. I didn't expect everything to go crazy. I didn't expect for everything to get out of hand. Now I've gone and got myself in a mess that I don't understand and I can't fix easily. Sally's the one girl that's got me thinking that maybe, just maybe, I don't know it all.

Say You Love Me is the third book in the 4 Week Fiancé series. It carries on with the journey of Sally and Cody’s HEA. It has some twists in there but I am not going to give anything away. You must read it to find out how they get to their HEA

Good story and definitely emotional. The author tugged at my heart strings so many times. I could feel Sally’s pain and at the same time roll my eyes so hard they almost got stuck at Cody and his stupidity. Cody is the perfect example of clueless dude. Sally has been in love with Cody for years, but he never seems to notice her. Sally is Mila’s best friend and Mila is Cody’s younger sister. Cody has pretty much decided that Sally is too good for him. He doesn’t do relationships. Mila’s genius idea is to put Cody in the friend zone because Cody always seems to want what he can’t have. They become friends but it just hurts Sally’s heart to keep doing it, so she decides to move on from Cody. Will Cody wise up before it’s too late? I received a copy of this book from the author in exchange for my honest review.

Lousy! I don't know that Sally could be more pathetic. Boy, did her wallowing in self pity drag on. It was the whole book! And in the end he never did tell her he loved her! Very disappointing story.

"Say You Love Me" by J.S. Cooper is a great read. I enjoyed Sally and Cody's story. It was great to get to know Sally and Cody better. It was also great to get a little more of Mila and TJ. Another winner from J.S. Cooper. Recommend for all fans of romance.
  • So whiny!!!!!!

I don't usually do reviews or want to ever say anything negative about a book. I love this author, however this book took everything I had to make it through until the end. I can go with a woman that needs a little pick me up, but the entire book was whining with a little more whining. Read her other books, or if you can handle very little romance, sex or story this is the book for you. But please read the other books by this author!!!

Do not waste time or money. Same dilemma same mental anguish and then it simply ends....not a very good story.

The book was a fun read and I like JS Cooper writing style. It was not my favorite book by JS Cooper but it was descent spin off from four week fiancé. The book definitely captured how dense men can be when it comes to relationships. It had a predictable ending but overall a enjoyable book.

I loved the thought of the two having a story since I Mila and TJ’s book. Honestly, I have to say I did get confused many times, but after I’ve read it I thought it was really a lovely story and you did create a good plot. I felt in some phrases that you mixed names and when I read the end to tel the truth it really anoyed me that she said “I love you Cody Walker” instead of Cody Brookestone. I know all of us makes mistakes, but it really bothered me. I’m not trying to offend you, so sorry if I gave that impression… I really really really like your books…. but I can’t say I wasn’t upset...

J.S. Cooper is one of those emotional writers that will hook you from the very beginning of a story and take you on an incredible ride. Say You Love Me is one of those emotionally intense novellas that just hooks you from the moment your eyes touch the page, willing you to continue reading until the very end. Say You Love Me is a story about Sally Johnson who is in love with her best friends brother who has shown no interest in her at all, when her best friend Mila comes up with a plan to bring the two of them closer. Cody and Sally spend time together and become closer forging a bond and an undeniable chemistry. The level of emotion that J.S. Cooper writes in this novella is quite fantastic, you feel everything from rage, sadness, love, lust, to quite honestly depression at certain points in the book. I love the depth that she gave Sally's character you truly were able to relate to her from the very beginning as a female and truly just felt for her. You wanted things to work out for her and hated when she was treated poorly and used during certain parts of the book. The up's and downs with the emotions were like an emotional roller coaster but it was well worth the ride. The one drawback for this novella that I have to say is with the ending. While I love the happy ending that our MC's got I felt like the ending may have been a tad rushed. Cody just seemed to have let everything out and Sally accepted it even though she was in a deep depression trying to move on and forget him. I just felt like it could have been drawn out just a little bit more. Please don't get me wrong this is a personal preference the book was still utterly fantastic. This truly is a great story by J.S. Cooper!
