This book is like American Psycho if it had taken place in the Victorian era.

When I tell you that this book gave me more goosebumps than watching a scary movie with the lights turned off, it’s true that this book just did that to me. Definitely a 5 out of 5 experience reading this book! Would recommend to everyone to read it at least once.

I’m changed for reading this. Not what I expected, but it gripped me through every sentence.

Very descriptive and colorful writing and a unique story line made this a very interesting read.

Free, but ingenuous to use the cover of the Modern Library version on something that is not. What a mess.

By far, one of my most enjoyable reads. 10/10
