A short book dealing with the concept of Measurement as it applies to High School and Introductory Chemistry.
The Metric System will be looked as, as well as length, volume, and mass. In addition, a comparison between the English and Metric System will be briefly discussed. A short power point video involved Measurement is included.
Two different methods for the Conversion between Metric Units will be shown: 1) Simple ding dong Method, and 2) Unit Analysis. Videos are included which further explain the processes.
Density will also be discussed… with a comparison between the densities of Diet Coke and Regular Coke.
At the end of this discussion, some simple activities to further your understanding is provided.
