Book Synopsis

Raymond Wilson Allen appeals from the district court's order refusing relief under 28 U.S.C. § 2255. Our review of the record and the district court's opinion discloses that the claims asserted in the § 2255 motion are without merit. In addition, certain of the claims have previously been decided adversely to Allen. Accordingly, we affirm the district court's denial of relief. Allen v. Blodgett, CA-89-946-HC-F (E.D.N.C. Jan. 16, 1990). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the Court and argument would not aid the decisional process. AFFIRMED.
