    Loved it! I thought this book was a great combination of old school and new school teachings with the power to bring about a happy, healthy, holy lives today. I found it a wonderful throwback to some great old values and spiritual practices (but not "dogma") while speaking to these in fresh ways that reached me today. I found it exciting and engaging and has given me new focus. I think this is a great book for people of all faiths. I highly recommend it.

    Highly recommend for all Catholics who are active or not in their faith. It does a great job of representing the Catholic faith and it's 2000 year journey, as well as its relevance to you today.
