I thought it was a very enjoyable story.

Spoiler warning. The plot is a bit rushed, all the “challenges” faced by the characters are resolved in about three pages, and it all feels a bit too generic to me. The main character get engaged in what feels like three weeks? Maybe less? It’s not a great read, but fast to get through. Plays like a romance novel but the most that happens is a kiss - the main characters agree to date before they even have their first kiss.

I couldn’t finish it. It was very rushed, cliche, and predictable. It’s also not very well written and super bland.

Couldn’t finish it, skimmed to about halfway and the plot and the characters just became more and more hokey, backwards, and belonged in the fifties!
