Just A+.

The book is ok, but boring. Julius is a very flat character. Having the entire previous book about him was a hard read. This is better since you get many different perspectives, but still a Julius heavy story. Can we please get more on the interesting characters that have actual depth?

Had too much backstory on some characters that could have showed more of the battles but overall all to me was a good read to have.

I think this volume was an improvement over vol 11; but still so little up till the end seemed to be worth it. Even the end was mostly just rehashing previously revealed info, but it felt like maybe we gained a little bit at least … Still really wish instead that we could actually get back to the protagonist!!

This volume is just a bunch of POV chapters of the Demon Human war. The last part does clarify what happened to the Hero and what White’s motivation was, but the rest felt fillerey. I still enjoyed it, but I’m waiting to get back to the main story
