Interesting and entertaining story. Bit off of an ending that really was a cliffhanger which I’m not overly fond of. Enjoyed the story and the characters.

Oliver is ready to steal his woman right from underneath his cousin. Mari is a humanitarian who needs funds to continue with her work so plays fake fiancee. This is the first book in the Pelican Bay Billionaires series which is a spinoff from the Pelican Bay Security Series. You don't have to read the series to enjoy this book but if you have you will recognize some of the characters to include Pierce Kensington who is part of the main plot of this book. It was great being back in Pelican Bay. This book had me giggling at times and I love Oliver and Mari together. The attraction between them is instant but they fight it because Mari is there in Pelican Bay to be Pierce's fake fiancé. Mari need the money Pierce is paying her for her clean water project and it would be nice or right for Oliver to steal his cousin’s fake fiancé, right? Oliver is pretty much the polar opposite of his cousin Pierce. He's not afraid to have fun and enjoy the little things in life. Pierce is a lot more serious and seems to have more weighing him down. Man, I can't wait to find out what happened between him and Katy. Katy has always treated Pierce as if he's an evil villain.
