Enjoyable read

In my first listen, it sometimes seemed repetitive, but as I listened closer, it was focusing on nuance, which I appreciated. I bought both the audio book and the digital hard cover. The message is clear. We get out what we put in. Its really astonishing how much of a factor time combined with habit is.

Great read, simple concepts, and prime examples. Dan is definitely in his bag on this one.
