Nursing is an intense curriculum and this book helps me stay above my quitting mind. I love the message.

This books really opens my eyes to the possible of “what if I can”. I enjoy that I know for a fact I will never have an excuse in the eyes of going for not going after something and give it my all.

The challenges that author went through are very intense and I’m grateful he lets us know what mental tools he used to surpass them. I’m also reading the full book and use this summary as basically a guide.

Days can get quite long at the office but this summary helped me see how I can challenge myself even more in my coding projects. I’m applying the lessons to my professional development instead of fitness and still works well.
