    I bought this book thinking there would be at least some recipes for beginners as the book title mentions. I expected to find a guide to ease into the diet. However, this book only has some information on why the diet is good and a couple weeks of meal plans, no recipes whatsoever and nothing else. I found the same content while doing research online. Not worth the price at all.
