This is the Junior Ranger booklet for the Overmountain Victory National Historic Trail Junior Ranger program
The Overmountain Victory NHT tells the story of the Appalachian settlers during the Revolutionary War taking to arms, marching hundreds of miles over the Blue Ridge Mountains, and winning a decisive victory over the British in the South. It is run through Cowpens, Kings Mountain, and Blue Ridge Parkway parks.
Present this completed booklet to a National Park Ranger at the Visitor Center to receive the trail’s Junior Ranger badge. The activities in this book are recommended for all ages.
