Holly has spent her whole life as a walking disaster, from running into walls, tripping over invisible objects, and always being in the wrong place at the wrong time. When a seemingly normal outing taking her overly opinionated Corgi for a walk resulted in an object to the face, she didn’t think her day could get any worse. The moment she opened her eyes and saw the Adonis standing over her, she knew she’d been wrong. It was about to get a whole lot worse.

Ben’s lived his whole life disobeying his uptight, self-centered, shrew of a mother. Instead of going into the family business, he followed his dreams and opened his veterinarian clinic. One ordinary day at the dog park, and a rogue dog toy later, he found himself captivated by the curvy woman that had a feistiness which set him on fire.

    Ben is everyone’s dream man. Holly is everyone’s friend. Actually, this book concentrates on the couple almost exclusively. It’s a good story, but might have been richer if more involvement with friends . . . Oh wait—the animals took that spot! 😆

    I laughed so hard I couldn’t see through all the tears wetting my glasses.I just loved Grace. Ben has to be the sweetest man on the planet.This book is hilarious.I read several pages over just to enjoy the laugh❣️😄

    This was supposed to be a romantic comedy but a lot of jokes just fell flat. Holly is supposed to be this total klutz who falls down like 4 times within an hour of meeting Ben. Fortunately she did not continue at this rate throughout the rest of the book. There’s only so much random falling I can read before thinking this girls needs a neurological evaluation. However, her clumsiness leads to the nickname “Grace” from Ben. I get the nickname but it just felt like he was calling her another girl’s name half of the time. Holly goes from threatening to rip a guys dick off to saying corny phrases like “holy crappolie”. She also spends most of the book calling Ben a jerk when he was nothing but nice to her. Holly and Ben face adversity from Ben’s mom. She’s supposed to be this cold hearted stereotypical rich snob, even calling Holly a peasant to her face when she first met her. It just didn’t feel realistic. They overcome the issues with his mother somewhere around the 70% mark. I skimmed from there.
