Book Synopsis

It all starts with a list. A sex list.

Cassie Michaels comes up with a list of naughty experiences to impress her sisters and finally convince them—and herself—she's not just a boring soil scientist. Unfortunately, it also makes Cassie a liar if she doesn't tick off at least some of the kinky exploits before her sister's bachelorette party. Luckily, she's found just the man for number four: sex with an anonymous stranger.

As the owner of a chain of computer shops, Simon Traxel doesn't deal with mundane repairs, but when a brunette with killer green eyes and a list of sexploits frozen across her computer screen shows up at one of his shops, he's ready to get a little hands on.

Now Simon and Cassie are checking off every item and loving every second. Between sexy antics in the kitchen and steamy public romps that go hilariously awry, getting through a to-do list has never been this much fun. But nearing the last few items means nearing the end of their time together, and Simon isn't ready to let her go…

It was started as an steamy and hilarious in the first few chapters from just Simon helping Cassie check off The List after he unintentionally seen and read it on her frozen laptop to their first steamy unplanned sexual encounter together. The only chapter that I actually skipped reading on purpose was Chapter 10. Not really big with bi-sexual themes that involved Cassie kissing another woman to check off items on her list while Simon watched. Also there was one chapter with Simon confessing he did encounter a ‘threesome’ once in his life that I didn’t care about it either and skipped part of that too? The steamy unattached sex encounters between Simon and Cassie were pretty hot. Also it explained how Simon wanted to keep his ‘true self’ from Cassie for a many weeks and they agreed it was just sex nothing more in the beginning. It’s funny before I actually got this for free on here recently, I have paperback copy of The List a few months ago. So I know not to read Chapter 10 and parts of Chapter 11!?? It was a pretty good read in some areas and had an happily ever ending like some hot erotic romantic comedy themed book.

A sexy and funny quick that entertained me from beginning to end! Simon and Cassie are both nerds at heart and it shows in both their actions and conversations. I had lots of fun with these two as they work their way through Cassie's sexual bucket list and fall in love in the process. 4.5 stars I voluntarily reviewed an advanced reader copy of this book. I was not compensated for this review, all conclusions are my own.

This was a hilarious and hot read!! Cassie is a soil scientist who has been telling tales of her sexploits to her sisters for years in order to seem more exciting to them. The only problem is that she hasn't actually experienced any of the things that she told them so one night she makes a list on her laptop of the most outrageous stories she's told them. Wine and computers don't mix so Cassie takes her laptop into a computer repair shop with the list frozen on the screen. Simon is the owner of the computer store chain and when he reads the list, decides to offer himself to Cassie to complete The List. What follows are hilarious encounters and growing attachments. I could not stop reading this book. Both Cassie and Simon were super smart and would make geeky jokes to each other that had me laughing so hard. From the very beginning I connected to the characters and really never wanted the story to be over. This was an amazing start to a new series and I'm really looking forward to reading the next one! *This is my voluntary review of an Advanced Reader Copy*

I loved this story! Funny, sizzling hot, and an overall feel good story. The humor starts from the very beginning in the way Simon and Cassie meet and continues throughout the story as they scorchingly check each item off the "list"! The closer they come to completing the list the more neither of them wants to walk away as they originally agreed but Simon may not have been as truthful with Cassie as he should have been!! Put this one on the must read list. It's a great read and I highly recommend it.
