If you run a business or manage people, this is a necessary read in order to understand levels of management and KPIs.

There are many timeless principles in here but the workforce and pace of technological advancement has made many of these key points outdated a bit. A good read but with caution that there are different skill sets required for today and tomorrow's managers.
