Amazing read!!

This book is everything, it taught me a lot of things and so happy I came across it .

This book did help me a lot. I'm still working on things on my own but reading this book has opened my eyes to a lot and has given me a little push to really do what I have to do for myself. Thank you so much.

This book is simply amazing. It was a gift from my best friend who witnessed me going through a lot in a toxic relationship. On the verge of losing my mind and myself this book was presented to me. I read everyday until I was done. I cried, cried again, laughed, and then cried some more. Those tears were me letting go and learning to move forward with just me. My toxic relationship took a lot from me, mentality and physically. This book gave it all back! Great read!
