This book is an anthology of poetry written mostly during times of mental depression. It has been produced in response to a movement called Time To Talk , led by Mind and Rethink Mental Illness, with the aim of helping sufferers to feel less alone, and non-sufferers to perhaps gain some understanding of the suffering involved in having mental issues.
