This book is so full so adventure and non stop action. I couldn’t put it down till the last word. I loved how Kessily cared more about the environment and helping others than money. Falkor is such a larger than life character, Kessily is a lucky woman. I loved how protective and caring Falcon is of Kessily. Falkor is the last of the original twelve warriors of Phantom Fire and a dragon shifter. Kessily is an attorney who fights to protect the environment for the Sierra Club. A well written storyline with a one night stand, doubt, danger, misunderstanding and so much more. A wonderful start to this new series. My only issue was the transition of time passing between some chapters. The story is very engaging and intriguing…never a dull moment from beginning to end.

An excellent start to an exciting series. The concept of Dragons living among us is quite an interesting concept. Whether it be as a Shifter Human or just in places where man cannot reach nor dare to go expands the mind. I loved that this lawyer can kick butt. She also has PCOS which affects many women and I personally have a niece with this condition and it’s not easy. Falkor is s hottie hunk of man dragon. when he finds his fated eternal flame, he finds himself in a quandary. He has been Alpha to the Phantom Fire Clan. He’s the only one left since the inception of these warriors. The excitement, danger,steam and love are all jumping from these pages. The secondary characters are definitely worth telling of their own stories. I cannot wait to read how these stories play out. I enjoyed this story immensely. Falkor was one of the original twelve of the Phantom Fire had eternal life but when the men found their eternal flame were supposed to give up everything for her. He tried to ignore the pull to Kessily because of that, she loved hiking up the Wind River Mountains and met an Indian woman that told her she would meet a dragon who would give her a child. She got pregnant the first time they were together even though she had PCOS but he didn’t believe her at first. She was threatened by a dragon the club was trying to stop the damage he was doing. Good book!

I absolutely love books with a smart strong FMC and Kessily is all of those and then some. Falkor hits my spots ..mmhmmm .. yep he is hot 🥵, experienced, dominating and a dragon … I mean who doesn’t want a dragon? Falkor though does make a boneheaded move and he may not grovel enough but … who can get in between two mates? I enjoyed the story line and the secondary characters .. can’t wait to read more of this series. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
