This is a great book. Even though I am male, many parts of this book mirrored my younger life. I had many “a-ha” moments. (So…..that’s what’s going on in my brain). Thanks Boo.

Could not stop reading, her childhood trauma was bad and at times unbelievable ! A bit slow to finish but it was worth my time.

I remember seeing Minka in movies and shows but didn’t think much about her until I stumbled on the armchair anonymous podcast with Minka talking about this book. As a person that can relate to this book on multiple levels it was so honest and raw. I can appreciate her story and would recommend especially if your seeking healing from childhood trauma.

What an amazing story

So shocking, soul baring, scary and inspirational! The story of her life is almost unbelievable but she comes across as a person who has great empathy and love. She has lead an extraordinary life with grace and forgiveness.
