Wonderful characters, great editing, no foul language or sex goes to show you what an author with talent can do. I usually can figure out who the villain is but did not this time, so was able to enjoy this read up to the very end.
Really Good.

I was extremely pleased to find a mystery/suspense novel that wasn't overloaded with profanity, vulgarity and overly explicit sexual scenes. I'm a woman who has had to take up reading male authors because women authors have become disgusting. Thank you sir!
The book had a few errors in wording because no one proofreads any more. The novel is well written, flows fairly well and keeps one in suspense until nearly the end.
I will be looking for more in the series. Well done!

In addition to being a well written mystery, what I like about the author is the authenticity. When he writes of a place in Maine, he has been there. I know because I have as well. An obscure artist or type of plane - they are real. The characters, story and style are right up there with John MacDonald and Lawrence Block. Will definitely read more.

Only got a little ways in but the use of Jesus's name as an exclamation was disturbing. If you are a Christian this book is offensive.

I like clean mysteries... No sexual content- I have had to delete so many because of this.
This book was no exception, but I just skipped the few suggestive parts.
As for the storyline itself, it was okay.
I basically figured most of it out...
