This is the best manual for GarageBand I have seen.

I got both GarageBand books from this author and they are great. I have the feeling that I know everything there is for GarageBand and even better that I understand it all. These are real jewels of manuals. I like the graphics and the interactivity. So much better than an old fashioned book with pure text and an occasional screenshot. Really a pure GEM.

great book, love the extensive glossary, teaches a lot. If it had a few more onscreen video demonstrations then it would earn my 5 stars, now it is only 4 1/2

A teacher recommended that book and I must admit he is right. A great book to learn GarageBand and it is fun too with all the easy to understand graphics. Thank you teacher

This is the best manual I've seen and I have a few! Explains everything in detail so even the absolute beginner will know how everything works. Even the advanced user will get quite some milage out of it. I also have the book for the GarageBand iPad app and it is as good as this one. Excellent explanations and many many graphics showing how things work.

This is the best manual for GarageBand that I have seen. It covers really everything. Super easy to read with tons of graphics that makes the material very clear. There is even some recording background information to explain where some terminology and workflows are coming from. I also got the other GarageBand manual from the same author "GarageBand for iPad - How it Works", same style, lots of easy to understand illustrations. Highly recommended!
