Terrible. Would give it 0 stars if i could. You could have simplified this whole book down to one page with bullet-points and it would have gotten the point across better. Lot of beating around the bush. I guess this is what happens when anyone is allowed to write a book 😂😂😂 DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

I finished this book in one day. Will definitely try the techniques advised on this book. Hope it helps
