She poured milk from a carton And sipped her cup of tea. The carton showed a picture of A cow beneath a tree.     When I saw this book I took no hesitation to download it,I LOVE animals and am deeply devoted to them. Though it makes me sad to see how they ARE treated today. 😿So I made my own poem I'm telling you: Why kill us and make us meat? Why put us on your plate? You think we're a lovely food,when your on a date! Why don't we have a choice to leave this hellish life? You hurt us,you abuse us,put us in pens, As if we don't have feelings and don't care that this never ends! I want to scream out my feelings to every person who eats meat, But no that's not the way! Because I don't say what you say! But the animal lovers oh! There the best thing a ever saw, They don't care if we bight them,or even scratch them with are claws. Dear people PLEASE LET US FREE!

    This is the first book I ever read about animals where the author actually seemed to have a clue. I have met people who claim to be nature and animal lovers, and until recently I called myself one as well. Then I realized their true meanings. A nature lover was just enchanted by the beauty of the wild and interested in studying the cycle of life. Animal lovers think dogs are adorable and fun to play with and to watch. I have met few people that seem to care about the beings themselves. I have been converting to being a vegetarian now that my health has improved, since I didn't think anything of simply drinking milk and eating eggs since they're not lives anyway. I didn't ever even think that anyone would kill a poor baby cow just for milk, though! That's sick! I thought they just waited until the calf grew up and just kept collecting the milk. This book is inspirational. It will change the way you think.
