Really helpful if you are having trouble with opening up. All of tips, ideas, tricks etc, can be used in a variety of ways, depending the situation that you are in. Nothing was too much to understand, and not hard to do. I really liked reading it,

Very interesting read. Different from reading a book similar to this as a kid. I will say even if you think or feel you communicate well this book will sharpen those skills. Reading is the way.
