Absolutely love this series. I can’t help but laugh at Sydney’s lack of social experience and of course a signature Adrian Ivashkov witty quip. Malachi Wolfe may very well be one of my favorite characters and I will make to remember to pay attention to which side his eyepatch is on when I read this again.

Oh my god from book one i had a feeling Sydney and Adrian would fall in love, and then at the end they kiss, and Im just sitting here cheering,"Yes yes yes!" I was so excited and then she says no and i cried. This book definitely made my heart melt, especially with that scene at Wolfes class.

I would read this book a million times if I had the time to do so in my life. I love all of Richelle Meads books they are truly works of art written in paper.

I literally will speak out loud "you idiot" to Sydney at times. Really amazing book.

I don't want to give away the book, but simply amazing! This is a must read! Loved it!

Sydney still isn't as good of a narrator as Rose but I love Adrain and the other vampires and dhampir. Good story and it held my interest.

I have read every single book in the VA novel and felt compelled to read more more of Richelle Meads' books. I couldn't have agreed with my decision more. I would never have guessed at how interesting Sydney's life is. I am majorly hooked to Richelle's creations.

I absolutely live this series with all my heart! At first I didn't want to bec Sydney just didn't seem that interesting, but then I just decided 'YOLO' lets do it and I think I love it better than VA!
