Another excellent story in this series. As a reader you been invested in the lives of the characters. Recommend this series to everyone.

Like the book. The first in the series was my favorite book when I was 19. I had wanted to read others in the series but had never gotten around to until now 20+ years later liked the characters.

This is truly a great HR! It has a different storyline, which is refreshing. Loved it.

I too, like “Really good” tried for a sample and got this book for free. What confuses me more than that glitch is why someone would give such a good book only a one star rating when they admit that they were “completely engrossed” because they got it for free. Yet they claim they feel guilty for that but apparently feel no guilt for giving the lowest rating. Your morals are a bit confusing because the rating for a book should reflect on the authors talent not a glitch at apple. I enjoy the style of this author. She doesn’t get carried away with the sex scenes yet I strongly felt the emotion the two main characters felt for each other. I’m going to download the 1st book in this series now I hadn’t realized there was one before it but it doesn’t seem to matter what order they are read in. They are completely different stories and no cliffhanger to keep you buying more books just to find out the ending.

get it together ibooks! i was reading through my sample, completely engrossed in the story until i realized that i was in chapter FIVE! so i thought to myself, how is a sample this long. turns out: its not! by some technical glitch i got the book for free and now i cant read it with a good consiounsess! someone at apple needs to fix this problems asap!

I truly enjoyed reading this book. There was never a dull moment. Thank you for showing me the life morals, culture and values through your eyes. Again, enjoyed every minute of it.

While I very much wanted to love this book, I did not. It was just ok. A great story line, however it went on and on repeating itself. So much more of the story could have been told. Disappointed!

I have read a LOT of Johanna Lindsey books, and Hearts Aflame is probably the best! The hero is so manly, yet adorable and boyish. And I feel guilty to say this, but this book is amazingly better than a Malory book in my opinion. But I think I feel that way because I have read so many Malory books so many times that I am used to them by now. But still, the Malory family series by Johanna Lindsey is great, as Hearts Aflame is as well. lol!
