Great book on teaching you tips and secrets on great BBQ

My wife received a gift card at a big box store that carries smokers. We decided that we would use the gift card on a smoker. Before the purchase, I started watching Barbecue Pit Masters to get an idea about smoking meat in general. Because Myron is on the show, I decided to check out his book. What I liked about the book is that Myron covers a lot of meat types and gives good recipes that anyone can follow. For someone that has experience grilling, I was apprehensive about smoking my meat. This books cleared up some of my concerns. What I would like to see are more pictures with respect to prep and sections on smoking vegetables.

Great Cookbook! I have used many of the recipes with my Big Green Egg. Also shows you how to make your own rubs and injections.

I bought this book because I was looking for some good info and recipes, and I can say this book definitely has both. I cooked ribs (baby back) for the first time and they were the best me and wife have had in a long time I would definitely recommend this book :-)

Just made the recipe for BBQ sauce everyone loved it. Book reads easy and no extra bs. Just the best dang BBQ book in the world.
