If you haven’t read this book yet, you owe it to yourself to do so. It is choc full of good advice about being a leader...a true leader. I loved this book so much and will refer back to it often.

I read this book in six days. I hard the hardest time sleeping during that time period because the information and teachings caused me truly think about myself and how I wanted to be the best that I could be to lead others. I've learned so much in those six days, even taking notes, so that these teachings will last a lifetime.

This is one of the few books that you will re-visit throughout the years. It is a must read for any team, no matter large or small. It is filled with simple, yet harsh truths that we, as humans, need in order to work together effectively, with character and trust. Get enough copies for everyone on your team and work through it one week at a time. It will be the start of something great!

Just finished reading it by the 2nd time, 1st time was in Portuguese and 2nd time in English, no matter in which language you chose it is definitely a great book.
