Acheron is by far my favorite! Love him and love that he found someone that is pure as him and will hold his hand and walk beside him.

I LOVE this Book !! My dad bought it for me when I was 14 && this book introduced me to my favorite author Sherrilyn Kenyon. I love all her novels but this one is by far one of my favorites.

Completely addicted to this series but this one shined the most! OMG. The heartbreak and sadness then the break through and happiness! Goodness I’m gonna read this again and again....all these book are so good.

This was a much anticipated book in the Dark-Hunter saga. A word of warning, the first 600 pages or so are very hard to read. Acheron’s human life was horrible and you hear and see all of that in the beginning of his book. Born a human with his God powers bound he was persecuted his whole life. When he died he was then tricked by Artemis and brought back against his will. He has for the past 11,000 years been subject to her cruelty. When he meets Tory in the present she is again searching for Atlantis. We first met her as a teen in The Dream Hunter. She is in possession of an item that could ruin Ash’s life. Both Artemis and Apollymi are after that item as well. With dangerous factions coming for her will Tory finally reveal the location of Atlantis or will she be stopped at any cost? This book is a great read, but be aware of possible triggers.

An awesome, captive read from beginning to end! Reading a few romance novels in my life, this book TRULY is love. The understanding of the word was well written in this book and I am a fan now. Loved the history lessons throughout (well played, Kenyon, well played!!)

I've been reading this series in order but couldn't get past the 1st couple of chapters in this one. The abuse he suffered as a child was horrific. I read for entertainment yet this was certainly not entertaining. Too bad because I was so interested in learning about him

I found that some chapters end abruptly mid sentence and into the next. I have this book in hard cover so I've read it 100x. Please fix this problem

Easily, one of the best books ever written!

I love this series and Acheron is my favorite character, but I have not been able to read through this book once. Part 1 is hard to get through...but part 2 is just so frustrating! Tory is annoying and harsh. Honestly, it is difficult to believe anyone could stand her attitude. So, I have not finished this book...which is sad. I really wanted to love this book, and for whatever reasons I can't.

The best of the series, I 💙 it... Going 2 read Styxx story now👍👍
