    I’ll give this book a solid three stars. It was an interesting topic, however, at times it was hard to really relate to the characters because half the time they were acting childish... I know Rose has slowly developed throughout this series, however, I still find her character arrogant and single minded. I feel like the book also ended on a very sour note. I know it’s to keep the story going for future books, but I’m not looking forward to a crazy Dimitri. After reading books by other authors with the same supernatural vibe (such as TMI) it’s hard not to compare how much better Cassandra Clare’s books are surrounding the topic... the book was entertaining but in my opinion not worth the read.

    This book was so intense. I loved that they let Christian use his magic to fight the Strigoi. I'm sad about Dimitri

    Did this really just happen? And talk about a plot twist. Seriously love Rose. Not your ordinary Guardian or at least Guardian to be. It's starting to get good and maybe steamy-er?

    I LOVE these books but I'm tired of reading things she's already stated in the books before them. Mead repeats herself in her writing but that may be because it's a series. Overall, very interesting all the way throughout the book

    Shadow kiss was definitely my favorite of the series. A lot of action and just enough romance. Could not wait to get my hands on the remaining books in the series.
