I love this book so much! I read it over seven years ago, and I still apply the things that I’ve learned from this book into almost every interaction that I have with a guy that I am dating or with a guy that I have to interact with on a regular basis. The men’s perspectives of how men react when we think that we are being a “good girlfriend” were very eye-opening. Please follow the rules in this book and apply the concepts to your interactions with all men, you will learn to demand respect without having to “ask for it.”

This book is very smart. All women should read it.

Love the sequel book as much as the original. She goes deeper into the male psyche in terms of how men approach commitment. Excellent books, and very entertaining.

I love that this book makes me feel empowered and confident every time I pick it up. I love how the author deals with darker issues by making me laugh and reminding me what is important.

I read this book in 1 day it really kept my attention and opened I eyes because I realized that I have been that nice girl but this made so many lightbulbs come on in my head I am going to experiment with this and see how far I can go, after all they are playing too

You will not find a better book for dating…. and defining quality, healthy relationship boundaries. This book teaches women how to relate from strength and purpose, rather than fear and need. It’s a brilliant, funny, incisive and witty book, ahead of its time. If more women could read, assimilate and follow Sherry Argov’s gems of wisdom, healthier relationships would be forged, abusive relationships would be prevented or dropped, and a new generation of healthy children and youth would be raised, having observed healthy and solid relationship boundaries. Thank you for writing this masterpiece!

This book went into my brain and explained it in the funniest way possible. Also has some great advice that both women and men can use to improve their relationships.

A timeless read delivered with humor and practical advice. A must read!
