I was skeptical about a book centered around an exercise theme. I really thought this would be one series I could not get into . I am happy to say I was wrong! Lani has written an exciting story for Taos and Fran that includes history from other series. I was happy to see characters I knew from other books. Once again I was reminded why I pre order all of Mrs. Vale’s books. She doesn’t disappoint!

And I enjoyed reading and getting to know Fran and Taos. What a super fun couple. Cross Fit might be .. Might be my new favorite series outside the Free Series. Can’t wait to explore that train of thought. Thanks Lani for sharing your worlds with us.

This book was exciting, a bit scary, and super sweet! Combine a serial killer with crossfit? LLV sure can do anything! No Rep is a spin-off from the Souls Revenants series. Taos is one sweet and hot crossfit owner, author of thrillers, and ex-cop. A lot to digest there. This guy is multi-faceted. Fran is a recovering victim. I love Fran's spunk and joy of life despite her past experiences. This story was a page-turner and brought me near tears at one point. I don't exercise, lol, but I really enjoyed No Rep! I never miss a story by Vale and there's a reason for that. 4 stars!

What could be better than a Lani Lynn Vale book…a new book for a brand new series! This series has the same great LLV story building humor and steam but it definitely has a different feel to it. This is where Lani shines. She takes a subject she knows a lot about and creates a fabulous world around it. While this series seems to have a darker vibe it’s still engaging and entertaining.

I don’t know a thing about Cross Fit but still loved this book.!! You don’t want to miss this one. I know just like me some of you are Leary about this one but don’t be it still has everything that make LLV great. The dark gritty side of this author is really grabbing my attention big time. Maybe if we tell people that the brain is an app, people will start using it. -Text from Fran to Mavis Taos was a cop who saw way to much. So he quit to partner in a Cross Fit gym. With a serial killer on the loose in there small town they need his help. Fran has hidden away from the world after a bad experience. Taos makes her feel safe after being afraid of everything. There attraction is immediate and mutual. “You’re like a fictional character in one of my romance novels.” She shook her head with a grin tugging at her lips. “I didn’t think men like you were real.” Mavis is Frans sister and crazy protective. I know Murphy and Mavis are next and oh boy I can’t wait.
