I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book. I also enjoyed taking the quizzes at the end.

I’ve read 2 other books on empaths and watched every YouTube video they have on the subject in the past week, and so far nothing comes close to making you feel “at home”, as Alison does in this book. She’s very informative about what is factual and theory. I genuinely feel that much more comfortable with who I am, based on the knowledge I retained in these pages. :)
