It’s a great book to get introduced to Strategic Coach, if you really want to go through an industrial psychologists perspective on a simple concept.

The concepts shared are simple, yet powerful and insightful! Great examples are used of real people and situations. I am armed with a new perspective and question to ask myself that I know will be transformational and take me to my greatest potential in all aspects of my life. A must read!!
