Cute story. Only 3 stars because the author’s excessive use of “more than” was annoying.

This story was sooo good!!! It had everything I need in a Christmas story. Sexy hero. Strong heroine. An amazing dog. And a community willing to step up and help when needed. I enjoyed seeing the interactions between not just Beck and Cassidy, but also how small town life seemed to surprise Beck what a difference it was from big city living. And seeing Cassidy overcome a phobia was saw awesome (we all have that one that’s really hard to face). A great read that I would HIGHLY recommend!!

Snowed in with a hunk? Yes, please. Cassidy finds herself in this situation with Beckham who is stranded in their town of Silver Bell Falls. I adored Cassidy. She is as independent as they come since she has taken over her parents bed and breakfast that is in dire need of renovations that she plans to do mostly herself. The town wants to help but doesnt know how to without offending Cassidy. Her pride might be the thing that prevents her from finishing all she needs done. Beckham is a lost soul. After losing his father, he retires from his NFL career and does the thing his father never had time for. Visiting all the places he had read about. A snowstorm gets in his way and he stays at the B&B. He's the only guest since Cassidy is closed for renovations and he can't not help her. Their attraction is immediate but Cassidy has a rule about guests. They are off limits. This pair is the most stubborn of the couples that have been in the previous books. Not that you need to read them to enjoy this. They have this push and pull all through the book and I wanted to sit them both down and have a stern talk with them. That to me is a fantastic sign of a great book.

This story made my heart sigh and very, very happy. This was such a sweet and beautiful story of two lonely people who weren’t looking for love but the fates decided differently. I believe in holiday magic and this story is exactly the inspiration of that belief. Beckham is a sexy ex pro football player whose missing his dad and is on a journey to memorialize him when by accident he meets Cassidy. She is a strong, independent and very sweet woman who is trying to live her dream. These two together are so perfect for each other and I’m so happy they figured it out. If your looking to escape the holiday dramas then this story will do that for you. I couldn’t put it down.

Just a sweet little small town Christmas story! My favorite kind! And Samantha Chase sure knows how to deliver! I loved this story so much!! I feel like it could definitely be a Hallmark Christmas movie. Cassidy and Beckham seem so opposite at first but end up being perfect for each other. She is a lifelong small towner who owns the only B&B in town; and he is a retired NFL player on an emotional journey with his dog Mazie when he is stranded in town and the only place to stay is Cassidy's B&B that is technically closed for business at that time. Throw in a serious snow storm and you have all the makings for two people who are attracted to each other to fall in love. Sweet and heartwarming, this is all you could ask for in a romantic Christmas story.

What a great way to get into the holiday spirit!! I have loved all of the Silver Bell Falls books and this is no exception. Cassidy and Beck are both wandering, not sure of their next steps. Cassidy has taken over the B&B her parents had after they retired to Florida. Beck is at the end of his incredible NFL career. But the loss of his father makes him realize he really hadn’t made plans for the end. So he take a cross country trip, adopting a dog along the way, to find his next place. As fate often does, they cross paths in Silver Bell Falls and it’s a HEA that is full of holiday cheer. Love catching up with the other characters, especially at the holiday in such a holiday filled town.
  • Put me Inn the Christmas Spirit

Wow! This book! I have coasted into autumn without a thought towards the holidays, until this book! I was practically humming Christmas carols as I read this! For me, the books are all about the characters, the story, and the writing … and this book ticks all boxes. The characters are classic Samantha Chase, realistic, solid, and well developed. The main characters, Cassidy and Beckham are terrific… they are on an emotional journey, both struggling with the “what’s next” part of their lives. Ms. Chase’s writing reminds me of growing up in a small upstate NY town where snowstorms and blizzards would bring the town together! Reading this makes me me wish I could transport myself to Silver Bell Falls to ride out the storm. Cassidy is struggling to make it on her own with the weight of re-opening her family’s Inn on her shoulders. She wants to do it on her own to prove to everyone, and herself, that she can do it. She’s honest, good to her friends, and super sweet and it doesn’t take much for her flare for creative, G-rated, holiday-minded swearing to come out. Beckham is a retired NFL sportsman who has finally slowed down enough to mourn the recent death of his father. He’s on a journey to visit all the places on his father’s wish list. Along the way, he picks up a dog (Mazie), and together they find themselves stranded in Silver Bell Falls. As he waits for the snow to stop falling and the roads to clear, he realizes that he might have found his “forever home” in Silver Bell Falls and with Cassidy. Ms. Chase’s skillful writing weaves family and friends into the story. If you haven’t read any of them, you won’t suffer … although you’ll want to read those too! The other characters, from previous books, make you feel like you’ve gone home for a visit. They all support Cassidy, realize that Beckham is more than his famous image, and cheer them on as a couple. The story is sweet, with a HEA, with a few twists that will keep you engaged in the story. If you’re looking for something to either get you into the Christmas spirit … or keep you there, download Christmas Inn Love immediately. Put some Christmas music on in the background, grab a plate of cookies, and settle in for a lovely treat! You’ll want to keep it on your “holiday re-read” shelf because it will quickly become a seasonal favorite. Holly Sleigh-bells! “It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas!" Although I read and reviewed an ARC of this book, I have preordered my own copy. Because it was such a good book, I wanted my own copy for my library. This is my honest review.

A heartwarming, small-town, charming and magical christmas romance, that will leave you in the holiday spirit. A very Hallmark movie type story that will bring all the feels. Cassidy had been waiting to take over her parents’ B & B when they retired. But with all the renovations and remodeling that need to take place, she has decided to close it for the holiday season. Finding herself overwhelmed, with everything that still needs to be done, she is a little put out, when her friend calls to ask if a stranger and his pet dog can stay with her. Beckham Allen, cannot believe that he lost control of his car, and now him and his dog are in need of a place to stay, with a snow storm on the way. Little do these two know that sometimes bad things turn into the best things. And when they are snowed in for a couple of days together, it just might be the best Holiday season yet! A heartwarming story furnished with an outstanding cast of characters, that will fill your heart with joy and love!
