I love LOVE and hearing people’s story. I could see the characters falling in love yet holding back for fear they were being played and still willing to allow their hearts to become vulnerable as they engaged with the hope of “just in case. “ It felt like I was ease dropping - the writing was so vidid. I hope this becomes a movie or the series a tv series.

If you are looking for some romance and an easy read this book is for you!!! JB Schroeder never disappoints! Her craft of creating characters that you feel like you know is terrific. The chemistry between Jake and Sadie is palpable and the family dynamics are realistic. Love that the book setting is in Pittsburgh- my home town!! There is a big moment when you question what is going to happen to these two characters who aren’t sure of their own futures either. While this book is a slight departure from JBs typical suspense, she maintains writing realistic romance! Can’t wait to read more from this innovative book series!! All aboard readers!!!
