Fantastic and what an amazing journey!

Goggins is a very intense individual but you get to know him better through the book and watch his amazing transformations. You have to admire his work ethic which is difficult to find now a days. Lots of swearing but it feels very conversational.

An influential book that’ll propel your life/career into the unimaginable, by not staying in your comfort zone. Fighting through each of our own adversity and daily challenges, proving haters and ourselves to fulfill whatever you set your mind to.
