Red Phoenix never disappoints. I have read every book in her Brie’s submission series and this is an excellent compliment to those. It was wonderful to read Sir’s back story and really understand how he came to be a Dom. I read this book in one day and enjoyed every page. Red knows how to make a scene jump off the page and she did that continuously throughout the book. I didn’t want it to end. I highly recommend this book.

It’s interesting to be able to see where the friendships started and how they grew. I like going back and finding out about the group as younger people. There’s more I want to read about their past, and I’m sure it’s coming! I loved the book and the look back. I love these characters so much and enjoy learning more. I can’t wash for the rest of them!

This was a amazing read.. Loved getting a little insight to Anderson, Samantha, Rystar and Sir.. their beginning and how their deep friendship began. I can't wait to read more of their journey. It's hot, passionate and so so yummy.. Red Phoenix writes hot engaging stories.

This is book one of Red Phoenix's new trilogy Rise of the Dominants and it's a good one. We meet Thane, Brad, Samantha, and Rytsar when they start college. Thane and Brad begin their journey into the world of BDSM lead by Rytsar. Samantha begins her journey lead by Thane. We get to see the beginning of the tight bond between Thane and Rytsar. Thane gets to put his beast of a mother in your place for the first time. This book is a wild journey and the sexy, steaminess starts right off the bat! Red has a wonderful way of drawing the reader in and keeping them interested. I didn't want to put it down. I volunteered to read a pre-release copy for my honest opinion and that is: This is a definite must read and I highly recommend it along with the entire Brie series and Red Phoenix. Looking forward to book two!
