I got so introspective of my young self and how hard I was on myself and to this day. You two are good therapy for me. Love the way you relate to life.

These women tell their stories in a way that is so honest and captivating. As a fan of the podcast it was the easiest and most exciting read I’ve had for a while. My mother is not a Murderino, and even she read and loved this book in just 2 days. She is now recommending it to all of her friends. Read to learn something, or read to feel understood. Truly excellent work.

Just as you mention all of your “ah hah!” therapy moments, I found moments like that, myself, in this book. This shed so much light on why I am the way I am. I love that I can relate to this book so much, as I’ve faced many similar struggles to yours. I will never forget the bit about 13 year olds, and how so much of our brain can be completely ruined at that age. It truly started for me at 13 too. These ladies have a true talent when it comes to storytelling. My fiancé and I are huge fans of the podcast. It is all we listen to in the car together. I read this book in 24 hours. I could not put it down!! Hoping a second one is in their future.
