I really loved this book. I love all of the books in this series. Coti and NeNe are a great couple both of them are very strong and have endured a lot in life. Coti has kept NeNe at arms length for months, until something happens and he can no longer deny that she is his mate. NeNe has plans to move away, after all of her close friends pulled away from her months before. She is tired of the life she is living and is ready for a change. Coti is a shifter but he is also “other” and NeNe is a human. Will they be able to bridge their differences to find their HEA? I only wish things would have been explained better about Coti’s family at the end of the book. I also would have liked the conversation with Coti, Lucas and Damien. I felt like I was left hanging in those regards. I highly recommend Elle Boon. I have enjoyed every book I have read by this author.
