Very “Fluffy” but decent book

There’s good and bad about the book:
Good:
- A lot of good healthy information
- Lists of vitamins needed
- Great tasting recipes
- Right amount of pages to stay engaged
- Really good guide to “get started”
Bad:
- Too much fluff and selling of the “Ketotarian” brand in the first couple of chapters. (Skip to the Get Started section immediately)
- Utilizes a lot of medical terms in the beginning while you’re learning the program. Not good, and a bit off putting
- Majority of recipes in the back do not have pictures. This would greatly help for meal prep
