Delightful characters and a good story

As usual Johanna Lindsey delivers a wonderful story that you can’t put down! I loved all her characters ( well, not the villain,lol) but the hero was perfect!

Awesome book as expected from one of my favorite authors!

I absolutely loved Marry Me by Sundown. Violet is an American heiress who has been living in England with relatives. She is summoned back to the US by her brothers when her father is missing. Most of the story takes place in 1880’s Montana during the height of the gold rush. There are outlaws, gunmen, kidnappings, a duel, miners, bandits and a case of mistaken identity! Morgan is a bear of a man who has left his family’s ranch to find his fortune in a silver mine. He is a rough outspoken mountain man, but Violet is able to find the heart of gold hiding under his gruff exterior. My very favorite part was the “Marry me by sundown” surprise twist near the end of the story!! -5 Silver Stars!!-
