This series continues to be one of my most anticipated high school series. I loved Wicked Bay and the young adults of the Prince-Stone family. In this story we get a glimpse at Kyle and Laurie's relationship and if they will be strong enough to continue their relationship into college. Sometimes secrets have a way of destroying everything. Kyle and Laurie navigate their relationship to find what is most important to them - each other. These books are pretty hot for high school relationships, but that doesn't bother me. This series is well thought out with intriguing characters that I can't get enough of. I absolutely can't wait to see what the next book brings and who's story we will get more of! There is so many directions that Ms. Cotton could take this group and I will say that I am here for the entire ride!

I really love Kyle. Can’t get enough of him. The person I could do without was Laurie. I did not care for her at all. I felt that Kyle could have done better and would benefit by being with someone else. I needed to understand why she was the way she was. I got my explanation and I did feel for her. I still don’t care for her but I don’t dislike her as much as I did before. I can now tolerate her since she is who Kyle wanted to be with.

What a great book!! Loved to read about Kyle. His journey surprised me. Was not what i was expecting, but loved it. Knowing your not approved of, knowing you’ve been lied to, and trying to protect love is always hard. I read this book voluntarily for an honest review. This series has sucked me under. I cant wait to read the next book! Enjoy
