This is book 2 in the series, both have been so good and hard to put down! Can’t wait to read the third!

I loved this book couldn't put it down. With the FBI closing in on him Peter kidnaps Sara with the help of his team and they fly to his hidding place, even after Sara begged Peter not to take her away from her parents, patients and her friends. Peter treats Sara like a princess giving her everything, but also taking what he wants from her, and she even starts thinking that he wants to get her pregnant which scares her. Peter and his team do jobs here and there, but when there's a job that requires all of his team to be there he asks an old teammate and his wife to look after Sara. When Sara is left with the couple, Sara tries to get the womans to help her escape, but when Sara gets the chance to escape she winds up in the hospital and the man is afraid that he and his wife might now be put in Peter's list. When Peter is looking through his emails he sees one that will help him and his team retire forever, but when he reads who the target is he starts to think that if he plays his cards right he could give Sara what she wants.

Obsession Mine (Tormentor Mine Book 2)- Anna Zaires Book 2 in this trilogy continues with Peter and Sara’s story. This time the majority of the story takes place in a very secret hideaway where Sara is totally cut off from the outside world except for occasional brief supervised calls to her parents. Sara has to not only adjust to her new surroundings (luxurious yet isolated) while she wrestles her rollercoaster of feelings for Peter. She also gets to know his “men” a little better as they fall into a strange sort of daily routine. Sara can’t reconcile her love/hate/fear feelings for Peter but she’s finally admitted she does care for his safety. Sexually she and Peter are explosive and Sara would never refuse him. Peter’s obsession for Sara only grows exponentially to the point where he’s even imagining a future with her. The book also lets us glimpse into his horrendous childhood. He’s the perfect attentive, loving , sexy lover, (other than the fact that he has kidnapped Sarah) he’s the perfect boyfriend. As in the author’s other dark romances this couple’s story is a gripping rollercoaster of emotions for the reader. There is also suspense, danger and adventure that surrounds Peter and his “business”. There is a cliffhanger of an ending which just may tie in many of the three series together.

Apparently this series will be a trilogy....ugh....I love her stories and hate waiting for the next in a series! This being the 2nd in the trilogy, it's in a hard place. The newness and the excitement of the first book isn't there and yet there is no resolution either. A lot of things happen but it doesn't go anywhere. We do get to visit w Lucas and Yulia and see where they are in their lives. In my review of Capture Me series, I was not a great fan of Yulia. And again she uses her sexual wiles to get Lucas to do her bidding. She doesn't trust him enough to keep Sara safe and in the end she endangers Sara and Lucas! In this book Peter essentially kidnaps Sara. As much as Sara comes to care for him she just can't go along with the kidnapping and of course her husband's murder. From Peter's perspective, he falls more in love? obsessed? with Sara. He spends much of the book obsessing(which got old) and trying to convince Sara of his feelings. Frankly, I like Peter from the 1st book.....mysterious and slightly scary. The Peter from this book came off at times as pathetic. Of course the sex scenes were hot and totally believable between these two. All in all, a solid 2nd book in the trilogy.....and now the wait begins for the final book!

Peter is all alpha male and completely obsessed with the wife of the man he killed. Sarah is troubled and struggles with her growing feelings for Peter and doing the right thing which is escaping and getting Peter arrested. I love that Sarah tries to stay true to her values and constantly fights Peter at every turn. This one of Anna’s best series. I think the truest test of a 5 star book is when you read the last page and can start it all over again. This is one of those!

I have no words, this along with all Anna's books leaves you breathless.. Not wanting to finish but also unable to put them down. This book did NOT disappoint, I was elated with the ending and now I'm praying that the wait for the next one is not too long.. Just when I thought Anna couldn't top Julian and Nora's storyline, she went and proved me wrong... This is a MUST read.

My God if this is not the sequel of a lifetime. I’ve been obsessing over when this book would be released and wondering how their twisted love story would end. I was not disappointed!! This book has everything an erotic romance lover could ask for and much much more!! Anna is queen of mastering any book she writes and boy did she master creating a wicked hero for us to surrender to. This is the follow up book which continues to recant the twisted love story; about a man who loves the wife of the man who helped ruin him. About a woman who needs and craves the companionship of the man who killed her husband; ruining; saving, her life. I’d give it twenty stars if possible!

Anna Zaire’s books NEVER disappoint. My only two issues with this book are that I can’t give it a 10 star review, and that I have to wait till November for the final book in the series. Anna’s books are always breathtakingly beautiful. Their heart-wrenching and emotional they sweep you from one emotion to the next. You fall in love with her characters, One minute you hate Peter and the next you wish you had your own “Peter” to drool after. My favorite part of all of her books is how she incorporates previous characters from her other series, she keeps them real and alive so that their stories continue past their books. It make she want to go back and re-read their stories over and over. Sara & Peters journey isn’t over with yet but you’ll love this book when you read it and be counting down till the third installment is released. Tick tick let’s go... until then I’m just going to revisit my other favorites till them.

Loved this book!! I couldn’t put it down once I started! Peters love for Sara is incredible and yea borderline crazy at times but he keeps her safe and gives her what she wants and needs except for her freedom of course. If you loved the first book you’ll love the second and crave the next one!!
